After high school, Casey joined the U.S. Navy and served from 1999 to 2004. He was a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman who had the honor and privilege of serving the infantry Marines of Third Battalion First Marines, First Marine Division, First Marine Regiment, at Camp Pendleton, CA. Casey completed three deployments with the Marines of 3/1 including responding to the USS Cole bombing, spearheading the initial invasion of Iraq, and visiting many other amazing countries.

After being honorably discharged from the service, Casey attended the University of South Dakota where he received both his undergraduate degree in Accounting and his Juris Doctor. After graduating from law school, he attended the University of Florida and received an LL.M in taxation. Go Gators! Casey specializes in the field of insurance law and disputes. He handles cases involving personal injuries, automobile crashes, nursing home insurance disputes and denials, life insurance disputes and denials, auto insurance issues, and other insurance bad faith issues. Casey is dedicated to serving the public, protecting peoples' rights, and preventing insurers from taking advantage of their customers in the future.
